Studio Rental
A PRODUCTION-READY SPACE BUILT FOR CREATIVE WORK
Our 1,250-square-foot Los Angeles studio offers a flexible, production-ready setting for film and television shoots, photography, podcasts, auditions, table reads, rehearsals, classes, screenings, meetings and private industry events.
With high ceilings, clean white walls, natural light, a distinctive lighting grid, ground-floor access, a nine-foot roll-up door, private parking and high-speed Wi-Fi, the studio is designed to make setup simple and creative work possible.
Hourly, full-day and recurring rentals are available, with optional production, lighting, set-design and crew support.

Our collection of movie props and costumes includes vintage furniture, clothing and accessories. We are specialists in our selection of police related props and costumes. Let us know if you need your set decorated in a specific style or era.

McKenna Wolf Media is an independent film and television production company founded by writer, director and producer Karen McKenna and producer/director Mick Wolf Toft.
We develop and produce original, character-driven stories that combine intelligence, emotional depth and a distinctive point of view. Our Los Angeles studio in Van Nuys is home to productions, readings, industry gatherings—and the kind of conversations that lead to interesting things.

In August, we opened the doors of our Van Nuys studio for a watch party celebrating Dan Rosenberg’s sitcom pilot, It’s a Lot.
We watched the pilot together on the big screen, caught up around the room, and got a reminder of how much fun it is to experience a comedy with other people.
It was also the first time we saw the studio come alive as a place for this kind of evening: a screening, a crowd, a conversation, and room for everyone to linger afterward.
Thanks to Dan for trusting us with the celebration, and to everyone who came out. We’re looking forward to more nights like it!
